We Slept On Virginia Miller — She’s What ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 8 Needed
What really set her a class apart from the rest was her diplomatic conversation about politics. She addressed controversial topics like abortion rights and respected her partner’s opinion when he confessed that he voted Republican. Rather than blowing things out of proportion, they had a mature discussion about their beliefs and the degree to which their political alignments coincide with their own views. Virginia had a heart-touching moment with her mother while trying on her wedding dress where she spoke about how dating in the past has been challenging — which is the most relatable thing anyone has said this season.
Virginia Miller Knows What She Wants and Isn’t Shy to Demand It

Virginia was possibly the least dramatic contestant to grace Love Is Blind across all seasons of the show. From the get-go, she had immense clarity on what she wanted and didn’t waste her time indulging in any form of drama. She was even embroiled in a love triangle with Devin and Brittany Dodson while in the pods, but she didn’t lose sleep over the whole affair. Even after her engagement to Devin, she didn’t dilly-dally from setting the stage for what she expected her marriage to look like.
Virginia was incredibly objective in her approach to her impending marriage and nonchalantly brought up the fact that she wished to sign a prenup before tying the knot. She was clear about the intricate details of the prenup and even got it made for her fiancé to sign. Virginia also had open and honest discussions on the splitting of their finances, long-term goals, and home ownership — which are important conversations one needs to have before jumping into a marriage.
Virginia Miller Has the Bandwidth for Nuanced Perspectives
There were multiple instances in recent episodes of Love Is Blind where Virginia asked her fiancé if they had any concerns that needed to be addressed before their big day. These conversations seemed like end-of-the-day debrief sessions, which is an incredibly healthy habit to inculcate in a relationship. During one such conversation, she brought up the topic of political alignments and where Devin stands on certain issues.
Virginia Miller Is an Infinitely Relatable and Chill Woman
While trying on her wedding dress, Virginia teared up and hugged her mum, reflecting on how hard dating has been. This is one of the most relatable instances all season, as it’s no surprise that the current dating landscape is quite sad and frustrating. Individuals hardly seem to be looking to form long-term connections with intentions of marriage and are instead caught in the rut of casual relationships and situationships. So, for Virginia to have found a compatible partner and plan a life with them, it must have been an immensely relieving experience.
Virginia may not be an ideal reality TV contestant who adds amusing scenes or has eccentric outbursts, but her authenticity and commitment to finding a husband during the experiment are commendable. She was a breath of fresh air amid the typical set of clout chasers and toxic contestants on the show. She even did the unthinkable and casually broached heavy topics that usually result in the demise of an engagement on Love Is Blind. There’s absolutely no doubt that Virgina’s cool and calm approach during the entire course of the experiment was refreshing and made her the best contestant on Love Is Blind Season 8.
