Customers or staff could have walked in at any time, and the idea that Pam’s behavior might not be addressed properly feels frustrating.

Lisa did the right thing by stepping in, but her decision not to tell Karen immediately makes sense. She didn’t want to add stress to Karen, especially since she’s on bed rest. However, I’m still leaning toward the idea that Pam should have faced a harsher consequence for her actions. If Karen had known about this, would she have been more upset? Probably, but it’s an issue that should’ve been dealt with, no matter how messy it might have been.

Pam’s repeated behavior—bringing men into the salon at night and now making a mess in the office during the day—is unacceptable. Her disregard for the salon’s professionalism and Karen’s hard work is a serious problem. It raises the question of whether Pam should be fired for this latest incident. After all, she has already proven to be unreliable with the salon’s finances, as seen in Season 2, and it doesn’t seem like her behavior will change.

With Lisa now actively involved in the salon and Karen on bed rest, it would make sense for her to take charge and potentially let Pam go. The way Pam has acted shows a lack of maturity and respect for the business. She needs to realize that running a business is about professionalism, not personal distractions in the middle of the workday.
