Love Island star PASSED OUT in the villa in unaired scenes

We’ve heard some wild things about the Love Island cast before.

From Islanders doing ‘non PG’ bits in bed, to dumped stars revealing why the toilets were ‘filthy’ – we’ve pretty much heard it all…. until now.

Despite All Stars 2025 producers airing countless feuds, fallouts and friendships ending (Curtis Pritchard and Sammy Root we’re looking at you), one dramatic scene didn’t make the final edit was Casey O’Gorman passing out in the villa.

Speaking about the incident during an Instagram Q&A, Casey said, ‘So I was packing my suitcase and hit my head very hard on the wardrobe handle.

‘Started bleeding quite badly and I’m awful with blood… So then passed out from all the blood.’

He went on to reassure fans by explaining, ‘I’m all okay! Didn’t need stitches and I never got rushed to hospital.’

Casey’s confession comes after he revealed his post-villa plans now and of course, they involve his BBF Tom Clare and Molly Smith.

‘I Facetimed Tom [Clare] and Molly [Smith] last night and the first thing they said to me was, “No matter what you’re doing Friday night, quit your plans because we’re coming down and we’re going for a double date,” he said on Instagram.

‘So we’re going to see them on Friday night. Watch out for the content.’

And as it turns out, Casey knew he’d win the show because he’s only gone and posted a screenshot of text messages between him and Molly before he even stepped foot in the villa (for the third time).

On 9 January – days before the first episode – Molly sent Casey a text which said, ‘Good luck darling, you’ll be amazing you always are! Can’t wait to watch you, we’ll be voting on all devices. Go show everyone why we all love you! We’ll be more than happy to pass our crown over to you. Can’t wait to double check.’

Casey then responded, ‘Awww thanks Molly. Very sweet! Yes b-tch vote for me and let’s hope I’ll be on video calls with you and Tom in the villa on the final episode.’

Well, at least he got his wish in the end. Third time’s a charm and all that…
