The islanders were playing a game of suck and blow when Curtis was dared to reveal his best moves under the sheets.
But viewers of the ITV2 show were left baffled when he headed over to India Reynolds and propelled himself into a handstand.
India screamed as she narrowly avoided being kicked in the head by Curtis.
She then laughed awkwardly as he remained upside down with his bum in the air and legs bent as she sat down.
He eventually got to his feet before sauntering away.
India later admitted in the Beach Hut that she was thoroughly confused about Curtis’ attempt at a sex position.
She said: “Curtis… I don’t even know what that was.
“I think he said it was a 69 but I don’t know. I had his ar*e in my face though.”
Love Island fans were equally confused, with many flocking online to share their amusement.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, one said: “What was Curtis’ last position omg.”
Another added: “Last position from Curtis what the hell.”
And a third asked: “Curtis??? What was that position with India please!”
Curtis is currently coupled up in the villa with former Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
The couple hit it off shortly after Ekin’s arrival in the villa as a bombshell and shared their first kiss on Day 2.
Last week, fans were left in hysterics as Curtis got steam with Turkish actress Ekin under the covers in the bedroom.
The couple were sharing a passionate kiss when fellow islander Luca Bish suddenly piped up with a crude comment.
Leaving Curtis laughing with embarrassment, Luca shouted: “Curtis has got a b**er!”
The islanders, who had all bedded down for the night, were left chuckling at Luca’s crass remark about Curtis’ erection.
