Love Island All Stars final date accidentally confirmed – and it’s very soon

Love Island All Stars fans will be saddened to discover that the final is only days away after several cast members dramatically left the villa.

The new series began on January 13 and it has arguably been one of the most dramatic series yet. Love Island host Amy Hart has accidently let slip the date of the final during the show’s daily podcast.

Amy confirmed that the final will be held “two weeks away”, meaning that the series’ finale date will land on Monday, February 17.

As the 2025 series of All Stars prepares to come to a close, viewers have been hooked to the endless drama as four stars have left the show suddenly, meanwhile the love triangles continue inside the villa – but Luca and Grace taking centre stage this week after the arrival of bombshell Samie.

The drama comes after Luca hinted he could walk from Love Island as he fumed: “I’m done.” During the episode, the islanders played a game where they had to complete a task when the bottle landed on them. When it was Luca’s turn, he was asked to “snog the islander other than your partner who shares your vibe.” He chose to kiss bombshell Samie, leaving everyone stunned, including Grace – who he has been in a couple with.

Samie and Luca had exchanged DMs before the show, but Samie didn’t reply, causing Luca to unsend the message. Grace was furious when she saw the kiss and told Luca to “shut the f**k up.” Luca, feeling upset, got up and said, “I’m gone,” before walking away from the situation. The other islanders quickly realised that the game was over after Luca’s exit.

The drama follows the dramatic departures of contestants on the show. Last week, Scott Thomas chose to leave after struggling to build a connection with any of the girls in the villa. Despite his efforts with Tina Stinnes, he admitted he didn’t want to force anything and felt the spark just wasn’t there.

On Monday night, Ron Hall decided to leave the show without finding a match. However, he made it clear he wanted to leave “on a happy note.” A source told The Mirror: “Ron has left the villa. He feels he no longer wants to wait to see if he’ll find a connection with a new bombshell.”

Elsewhere, Scott van der Sluis revealed he quit Love Island All Stars before even entering the villa. This week, Scott took to his Snapchat and told fans that he had planned to join All Stars. In a video posted to the app, he said: “I was going to do [All Stars]. I pulled out two days before the show started for various reasons. I sat down with my family and there was quite a few reasons why I decided to go against it.

“But I was on FaceTime to [Luca Bish] every day for about two months straight before he went on. He had lost [access to] his phone by the time I’d pulled out so he doesn’t actually know that I’m [not] going in there. He is still expecting me to go in!”

Don’t Miss

ITV bosses were also left stunned after Lucinda Strafford – who was set to enter the villa as a bombshell – turned her back on the show and flew home before even entering the villa.

Lucinda had already arrived in South Africa but ultimately decided that she no longer wanted to appear on the show. She has since taken to social media posting a cryptic dig at the programme.

“Respectfully this is how it sounds knowing Love Island All Stars is not for you this year,” she captioned her video as the Hannah Montana song You’ll Always Find Your Way Back Home played in the background.

Sources claim that Lucinda wasn’t happy that she had been holding out for a place in the villa for so long. Before entering the villa, Bombshells are kept in isolation and have no access to their phones or outside world – which appeared to be too much for Lucinda.

A source said: “Lucinda was asked to come and do Love Island again and she was really ready to give it another go. But she ended up being in holding for too long and wasn’t happy about it.” The source went on to tell The Sun that she believed it would be “too late” for her to find a genuine connection in the villa.

They added: “It was a tough call but she decided to head home. She thinks it’s for the best and this season just wasn’t for her.” Following the news, Lucinda, who was seen on a flight told fans on social media to “trust their gut” on decisions. But while some fans may be left disappointed, some have already expressed that they believe she has made the right decision.

She told her followers on TikTok: “If something feels off, it most definitely is off, you know yourself more than anyone else. So definitely make sure to trust your gut. Also, if things are out of your control, let it have freedom of your mind, there’s nothing you can do about it.”
