How much do you receive if you win Love Island All Stars? ITV2 show prize fund revealed

With the much awaited final of the second season of Love Island’s All Stars airing tonight, many viewers are wondering what the winning couple will receive seeing as they are all now reality stars in their own right.

With brand deals, successful careers and millions of followers between them, what do the returnees actually get from this years villa? With no Casa Amor for this years cast of second-timers – or third if you count Casey O’Gorman, this years winter season has included an onslaught of bombshells to ensure the drama continues – Tina Stinnes, Daniele Sellers and Samie Elishi creating huge waves through the villa life.

Despite becoming successful after their initial features on the show, this years cast seem desperate to remain within the villa and finally become tonight’s winner.

The answer may surprise you considering the level of success some of the stars have had since their time in the villa, however, as the prize fund for the winning couple remains unchanged. Just like the original version of the show, Love Island All Stars most voted couple will win £50,000.

Though none of the other contestants have appeared to reach Ekin Su’s level of fame, with her million pound brand deals and recent appearance on Celebrity Big Brother, several other cast members have all made their mark prior to entering the series. Elma Pazar and Sammy Root are currently part of the TOWIE cast, appearing as co-stars on the reality TV show that birthed household names Gemma Collins and Pete Wicks.

Ekin Su’s unofficial boyfriend, Curtis Pritchard, is a professional dancer who came back in 2023 for the Love Island Games and has appeared on Hollyoaks alongside his brother AJ Pritchard – both having been on tour. Even Ronnie Vint, the latest to be dumped off the island, has been known to promote a product on the screen: a hair fibre spray that covers up baldness.

During the first season of All Stars in 2024, a source told The Sun that the returnees make a significant amount the second time around. Reportedly, the source stated each All Star was being paid £2,000 a week to return to the villa, totalling up to £10,000 for the five weeks the series runs for. With the additional prize of £50,000 if they win the series, each individual of the final couple will supposedly walk away with £35,000 each, instead of the expected £25,000.

In January last year, The Cosmopolitan wrote that the source stated: “Most of the returning stars have already filmed promo videos for Love Island All Stars but haven’t signed their contracts. They are pushing ITV for more cash because they’re saying £2,000 a week isn’t enough,” the source said. “Many of the Islanders rely on their social media deals to make cash and by going into the villa, their revenue source will be down.”

This year, the rate for the All Stars has supposedly stayed the same, with bombshells earning less compared to those who have remained in the villa for the duration. A source told The Tab that the stars could “earn a lot more on other shows like Strictly or Celebrity MasterChef, and it’s certainly not as lucrative as the club PAs or the money they rake in from Instagram ads” but that is not the reason they sign up. Apparently having “nothing to do with the money,” the source claims that the villa is “great exposure which allows them to cash in when they leave the villa”.

Following Liv Hawkins claims of Grace Jackson’s determination to win the series by doing everything in her power, this certainly explains why. Since labelling current finalist Grace as a “gameplayer”, Liv Hawkins has received threats and hate online through social media. The same article also revealed how original cast members only received £250 per week for the summer show.
