Actor Joe Mantegna wears ‘criminally’ good Alexander Shorokhoff watches

Legendary star of ‘Criminal Minds’, ‘The Godfather Part III’, and voice of Fat Tony in ‘The Simpsons’, Joe Mantegna is the latest famous face to wear independent watch brand Alexander Shorokhoff.

Mantegna opted for two artistic models – the Neva Chrono in red and the Sixty-Three in black, each crafted in the brand’s family-run Bavarian manufacturer.

Not only will the actor be wearing the watches off-duty, you’ll also be able to spot the handcrafted timepieces on his wrist during the 19th season of ‘Criminal Minds: Evolution’, set to air late in 2025, plus the various Hollywood events and charity fundraisers he frequents.

Handed over at Grenon’s Of Newport, Rhode Island’s fine jewellery and watch experts, the unique pair of watches are truly stuff of collectors dreams, and come influenced by lauded artists throughout history.

The limited-edition Neva Chrono is one of just 100 pieces, and is spotlighted by its wavy guilloché dial with silver sub-dials, whimsical hands and bold red colorway. Priced at €2,950, the 43.5mm stainless steel model is powered by the automatic caliber 2030AS and has a 38-hour power reserve.

The more understated Sixty-Three combines vintage-inspired elegance with modern precision. Its 40mm stainless steel case, finely brushed and polished, is fitted with a convex sapphire crystal that is anti-reflective for optimal legibility. At its heart beats the automatic caliber 2892.AS, featuring 21 jewels, a hand-engraved rotor, and a 47-hour power reserve. Complete with a crocodile leather strap, it’s priced at €1,570.
