Hilarious moment Love Island’s Lucinda Strafford ‘forgets she’s British’ on new Games show – leaving fans baffled
The show recently returned to screens in the US, and sees Brit stars go up against other Islanders from around the world.

They have re-entered the villa for another chance at finding love and also the chance to win a $100,000 cash prize.
The fan-favourite islanders compete in a variety of team and couple competitions and representing the UK Love Island series are Lucinda, 25, and Tyrique Hyde.
While Tyrique has been busy kissing US Islander Andreina Santos during a challenge and appearing to take a dig at his 2023 show ex Ella Thomas, Lucinda has been raising eyebrows with her voice.
A clip posted to TikTok showed the Brighton-born lass chatting with Tyrique, Andreina and others in the garden.
She donned a stylish white bandeau bikini with metallic wedge shoes, styling her blonde hair into beachy waves.
The former fashion boutique owner finished off her look with perfect make-up.
Yet despite her glam look, viewers were distracted by her seemingly American accent as she gushed: “I love an international guy.”
As the girls agreed, Lucinda added to them: “Wait are you talking about Ty, wait guys I actually feel the sexual tension already.
“Should we leave the chat or?”
One fan was quick to comment: “Why is Lucinda doing an American accent?”
Another put: “I had to look twice that it was actually her because of this lol.”
A third mused: “I wondered what that was.”
One then gushed: “Lucinda wow she’s British not American.”
A fan then concluded: “Why’s Lucinda talking like she ain’t from England?”
A source previously told The Sun that Lucinda had been keen to return to the UK Love Island villa but grew frustrated with the lengthy holding period before entering.
She first found fame in Love Island’s 2021 season.
The blonde bombshell had hearts racing when she arrived with Millie Court and it wasn’t long before she was coupled up with Brad McClelland.
Yet there was cruel twist in their blossoming romance as the labourer opted to leave the villa.
NEW HOST
Ariana Maddix, 40, was previously announced as the Love Island Games host, aft being a guest presenter on the show in season one.
She hosted the first three episodes, before Love Island UK host Maya Jama, 31, took over.
However, she has been announced as the host of the complete second series, which will once again be voiced by fan favourite UK narrator, Iain Stirling.
