Big Brother Spoilers: Who Won Veto & Will She Force Vince to Make Renom?

The Build-Up to the Veto Comp

It all began after Vince’s nominations on Friday, when he didn’t nominate Lauren as Morgan demanded, and all hell broke loose. Vince should have asked for his suitcase because Morgan wasted no time putting him through an endless guilt trip, while Lauren charmed her way into Vince’s good graces. The tension was palpable when Kelly made comments about Morgan still spending the night in the HOH room with Vince.

Then, the situation got even messier: around midnight, Morgan moved from the daybed into Vince’s HOH bed, but not in the usual fashion. She lay in the bed head-to-foot, and Vince wasn’t thrilled about it. There was also a funny moment when all the girls started a cheerleading-style chant, where they each took turns describing themselves, and Kelly made it clear she was the odd one out with her offbeat moves and quirky comment about loving bugs.

Later, we saw Keanu sitting behind them, eating and bobbing his head to the rhythm. He’s been incredibly bored ever since Rachel left the house, so this minor distraction was a welcome change for him.

The Veto Player Pick and Keanu’s Big Mistake

Keanu, in a move that would backfire, picked Morgan during the veto player selection when he had the opportunity for Houseguest’s Choice. He had initially planned to pick Ashley to play for him, with hopes that if she won, she’d take him off the block and force Vince to put up Lauren. This move didn’t sit well with Ashley, who now had no chance of saving herself from the block.

However, Morgan reassured Ashley that Vince would renominate Lauren if she used the veto to save herself, but Ashley was skeptical—rightly so, as Vince had consistently chosen Lauren over Morgan.

Vince tried to cover his tracks by talking to Kelly about not using the veto if she won it, but Kelly told him she would use it to save Ava, not herself. This created tension when Kelly told Vince she would use it because, as she put it, it would be good TV. Vince, who was trying hard to protect Lauren, seemed to promise Kelly that if she didn’t use the veto, he would break a tie in her favor come Thursday. But that move quickly backfired when Ava got angry, accusing Kelly of doing things for Vince that would never be returned.

The Veto Competition: A Crime Scene and Morgan’s Third Win

The veto comp took a dramatic turn when it turned into a CSI crime scene challenge involving a seesaw and balancing items on a shovel. But there was a slight hiccup: a 30-40 minute delay in the middle of the competition. When it resumed, Morgan clinched her third consecutive Power of Veto win, much to Keanu’s chagrin, as he had hoped she would save him.

Morgan now found herself in a tough spot. Keanu was pushing for her to take him down, which would force Vince to renominate Lauren, allowing Morgan, Keanu, and Ashley to vote Lauren out. But Vince wasn’t buying it. In fact, he pretended to listen to Keanu, but it seemed like a long shot that he would renominate Lauren.

The Fallout: The Post-Veto Drama

After the veto comp, Ava couldn’t hold back her frustration, yelling that Vince better not renom Lauren if Morgan took Keanu off the block. But Morgan had her own plans. She was leaning toward using the veto, but not on Keanu—she was considering using it on Ava instead. Meanwhile, Ashley was in her ear, advising her not to use it, since if Morgan did, she would put herself at risk of going on the block as the renom.

However, Morgan was defiant and claimed she was 80% sure she would use the veto, which would leave Ashley in a precarious position. But Morgan didn’t care; she was over it. The game was on, and it seemed like the right moment to stir the pot and force Vince to choose a side.

The Veto and Blockbuster Scenarios

If Morgan doesn’t use the veto, the potential scenario is that Keanu, Kelly, and Ava would end up in the BB Blockbuster competition. If Keanu wins, he, Ashley, and Morgan could evict Kelly. On the other hand, if Ava wins, she and Lauren would vote to evict Keanu, with Ashley and Morgan joining to evict Kelly—leaving Vince to cast the deciding vote.

The real twist comes if Kelly wins the Blockbuster—she could end up facing off against Keanu and Ava, and it’s unclear which direction Vince would go, but Keanu might be the one to leave the house.

The Lauren Dilemma

The biggest question looming over everything is whether Vince will finally nominate Lauren, as Morgan has been pushing for. If Lauren isn’t put on the block, her path to Final Two becomes much clearer, and there’s a real chance she could win against Vince—especially if she can claim that she managed to avoid nomination throughout the game, riding Vince’s coattails all the way to the end.

The Final Word

The veto competition has caused chaos in the Big Brother house, and the game is about to heat up. Morgan’s veto win might just be the game-changer everyone’s been waiting for. But will Vince break his bond with Lauren, or will the alliance survive, with Lauren cruising to the end?
