So, you can imagine our thrill this morning when we woke to the news that Louis Tomlinson and his rumoured girlfriend, Zara McDermott, hard launched their relationship on Instagram.
The news came via Zara’s own Instagram page, where she posted a single photo of the pair kissing, with Louis tagged and a simple love heart caption. Though she shared the photo, but with his arm visibly stretched out of frame, it’s clear that he took the photo and we don’t know why that detail melts us even more. He is wearing sunglasses and she appears to be wearing a swimming costume underneath a ruffled white tank top, so it looks like they are on a cute getaway together.
The pair has been linked since March 2025, when they reportedly went on a getaway together to Aldeburgh, Suffolk in England, according to Metro UK. Fans were quick to notice that Zara and Louis also posted from the same location on April 8, while attending a Stereophonics concert, then two days later, she soft launched the relationship when she posted a photo of her breakfast, with the photo showing Louis’ unmistakable cross tattoo in the top corner of the photo.

The moment was even mocked by Sam himself in 2020, and though fans were confused, he assured them that she had given full permission for him to post the video.
