Get Ready ‘9-1-1’ Fans, Jennifer Love Hewitt Dropped a Thrilling Christmas Movie Update

Jennifer Love Hewitt is getting into the holiday spirit early this year, and it’s coming in the form of a project close to her heart.

Back in July, the 9-1-1 star announced she and her husband Brian Hallisay would star in a holiday movie for Lifetime’s “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime” movie event. Titled The Holiday Junkie, Jennifer decided to share an exciting update in regard to when fans can watch her latest project. Posting an Instagram photo of herself in what appears to be a still from the film, Jennifer announced The Holiday Junkie is set to air on the network on Saturday, December 14 at 8 p.m. ET.

“The look of someone who finally gets to be in a Christmas movie!” she excitedly wrote in the caption on October 18. “The Holiday Junkie will be ready to grab your heart on December 14th at 8pm!”

Given how Jennifer loves to share her fascination with all things holidays and Christmas, it didn’t take long for fans to voice their excitement about seeing her on the small screen in this thrilling way.

“You ARE magic @jenniferlovehewitt!! 💖,” one person wrote. “Oh I’m soooo watching!!!!! ❤️,” another declared. “OMG I am so ready,” a different follower added.

While there still is some time before The Holiday Junkie airs on Lifetime, it sure looks like something that’ll be up our alleys! As far as what fans can expect from the film, Jennifer stars as a woman who runs a decorating and planning service company spending her first Christmas without her mother. While there may be some struggles along the way, she my find love with a handsome house manager (played by Brian) who potentially has a few secrets of his own. And if that’s not enough, Jennifer and Brian’s children (daughter Autumn and sons Atticus and Aidan) will appear at some point in the movie as well.
