Love Island couples in chaos as ITV airs ‘evil’ never-before-seen twist
Love Island fans have branded the show as “evil” after a never-before-seen twist.
Love Island welcomed a fresh batch of singles earlier this week hoping to find their perfect match. But as promised by host Maya Jama there have been plenty of brutal twists leaving the islanders, and fans, on the edge of their seats.
From new bombshells to a dumping just 48-hours in to the season, there is no telling what could be next. And in true Love Island fashion, more unexpected surprises were in store tonight (June 13).
Previously, bombshells Remell and Shea entered the villa and the girls decided who they would like to couple up with. But soon, Shea and Blu were left without a partner, meaning they would go head to head to decide who would be leaving the villa.
After being unable to decide, the group were asked to undertake a vote and it was Blu that was eventually chosen to leave.
And in a brand new twist never seen on the show before, the boys were treated to a trip away from the villa and it was live streamed for the girls to see.
As the boys headed out for their night away, the girls were stunned to be greeted with a big screen in the garden, meaning for the first time in Love Island history, they could watch exactly what the boys were getting up to, with the boys totally unaware.
As they caught on that they could now see and hear the boys talking, a stunned Meg said: “F*** off”, as Alima added: “We’ll get to see how they act.” To top it off, the girls watched as three brand new bombshells entered to meet their men.
The girls were unimpressed when the three new bombshells arrived and they could hear all that was said as the boys opened up about being open to getting to know them, including Tommy who had been so far going strong with Megan.
Meanwhile Meg, unimpressed by Dejon’s flirting with the bombshells, could be heard saying: “You’re playing the game.”
Fans instantly took to social media to share their thoughts on the twist. One person wrote on X: “Omg they are really switching it up this year!!!”
Another wrote: “The producers are eating with the twists this year.” A third added: “We are getting the girls seeing the boys during a night out! Oh this is iconic.” A fourth commented: “Nahhh this is acc evil on the girls.”
One person asked: “LOVE ISLAND team why aren’t you being messy rn?”
But the girls were unimpressed when the three new bombshells arrived and they could hear all that was said as Meg, unimpressed, could be heard saying: “You’re playing the game.”
