After being pushed out of the hospital by Hayden, Gary casually mentions being “in love” with a nurse, leaving viewers to wonder if Erica is the next target on his Fatal Attraction list.

Gary’s behavior towards women has always been toxic, and this cryptic statement raises serious concerns.
