ANOTHER Love Is Blind cast member calls out Netflix’s editing and it’s even messier
Just a week after Lauren O’Brien called out Netflix’s editing on Love Is Blind, Madison Errichiello has revealed that one of her most shady scenes was quite different to what we saw.
Last week, Lauren posted a statement on her Instagram story after Netflix made it look like she was devastated not to have sex with Dave following a bikini wax. Netflix had cunningly edited the scene when in reality Lauren was more disappointed about not being able to work out.
“I literally don’t even talk like this lol I was so confused. @netflix I love you but you did me dirty here, count your days!!!!” she said.
Now, Madison has taken issue with her own portrayal and it’s leading me to question just how many other scenes were completely different in real life.
Love Is Blind’s Madison takes aim at Netflix
In episode 11, the group came together for a night of drinks, chicken wings, and – of course – a bit of relationship drama from the likes of Lauren and Dave. It also confirmed the long-held theory that Mason and Meg are still together, and while most of us were thrilled by the realisation Madison’s face was a picture, to say the least.
Madison looked completely bitter over her ex entering with Meg but she has since claimed that Netflix made a mountain out of a molehill.
“I just have to say, in episode 11 the way the scene is edited makes it look like I have a problem with Meg and Mason coming in together. Which is not true. I had known they had gotten together right after the pods and was happy for them (I have receipts),” she said.
“I didn’t like how Mason handled our breakup but was happy to see that they were able to work it out. They really do deserve each other.”
At the time, Madison was standing with Lauren and Monica and they were talking about the former’s breakup with Dave that had occurred on the evening before.
“I hadn’t heard the news they had broken things off and was shocked. So I am asking Lauren ‘what happened’ and I’m pulling her aside to talk about it,” she added. “And when I say ‘he’s a huge liar’ I’m obviously talking about Alex.”
