It’s borderline disturbing how Malachi still holds on to these feelings, even going so far as to want to tear apart Fatima and Zach’s relationship for the sake of reclaiming her.

The fact that Malachi even goes to the extent of saying Leslie isn’t in the way and he’ll do whatever it takes to get Fatima back is insane. It’s like nothing and no one can stand in the way of what he wants, even if it means destroying everything in his path, including the relationships Fatima has built. And then you’ve got Leslie, who isn’t just an ex but a former best friend, lurking in the background causing trouble and playing a hand in these schemes.

When you compare Fatima’s exes to Zach’s, you can’t help but notice the difference. Sure, Zach’s exes like Heather, Karen, and Belinda have made things difficult, but none of them are actively trying to ruin his life in the way that Malachi and Hayden have with Fatima. At least Karen, as much as she may show up unannounced, isn’t going to extreme lengths to break up Zach and Fatima. Meanwhile, Fatima’s exes are willing to do anything to get in the way of her happiness and her relationship with Zach.
