Tyler Perry’s Sistas | Will Anything Get Resolved By The Season Finale?
Season 8 of Sisters: Will Anything Be Accomplished?
I made a post a few weeks ago as a joke, speculating how Season 8 would play out, and sadly, as we near the finale, it looks more like a prophecy than a punchline. Here’s what I said:
- Karen will still be pregnant by the end of the season.
- We won’t know who drugged Gary’s IV, leading to his seizure.
- Pam will make little to no effort to repay Karen for the money used to fund Roots Riches.
- Zach will still be stuck in petty arguments and playing the stay-at-home dad role.
- Danny may still be smoking, and Sabrina will regret not having Rich as the father of her baby.
- Agent Watt will still be chasing suspects that keep slipping away.
- And the list goes on, including Andy remaining in a position of power despite her unprofessional behavior.
While initially just a joke, the comments I received show that many feel the same way—this season feels like it’s going in circles with minimal development. There’s been little to no progress, and we’re stuck in a long-winded narrative that feels more like filler than substance.
As of now, the story seems to span only a couple of days, and we’re already on Episode 16 with only six episodes left. Season 8 feels like it’s dragging with no major revelations coming soon. The twins might not even be born this season, which has left many fans frustrated.
By the time the season ends, will we really have answers or just more unanswered questions? It’s starting to feel like one of those meetings that could have been an email—pointless and drawn out. But even with its flaws, it’s not the worst season, though it might rank as one of the most pointless.
