Based on what 7 Little Johnstons fans can expect from the new season of the TLC show, Trent gets a devastating health diagnosis in scenes, and one that even rocks Trent to the core. According to Amber Johnston’s husband, he says that it all started out with “vertigo symptoms.” It got bad enough that Trent eventually went to the doctor to get checked out.

Eventually, Trent Johnston broke the news to his family that at 47 years old, his brain has “reduced drastically,” to the point where he is walking around with essentially the brain size of an 80 to 81-year-old. This is devastating news that rocks the entire family, not just Trent.

Even Jonah Johnston goes on to say that this shocking news is “unbelievably scary.”
