Tyler Perry’s Zatima | Did Fatima & Leslie Have A Threesome With Ian Or Malachi?

Let’s take a moment to appreciate Episode 14. After the disappointment of Episode 13, which I rated a harsh negative 18 out of 10, Episode 14 brought some much-needed comedic moments that left me laughing so hard, I momentarily forgot my frustration with the previous episode.

However, despite the divided fan base over Fatima’s handling of the Zach situation—some believe she’s justified, while others, like myself, think she’s out of line for keeping him in jail—there’s one scene everyone seems to agree felt odd: the locker room exchange between Leslie and Fatima.

The strangeness of that scene wasn’t due to bad acting or stiff dialogue; instead, it seemed like there was unresolved tension. The vibe suggested that something awkward or significant happened between Leslie and Fatima in the past, which might explain the fallout in their friendship.

Fatima’s explanation to Angela—that Leslie had joined the military and spent 10 years overseas—feels like an oversimplification. True best friends, no matter how much time passes, can often pick up right where they left off. This, however, didn’t feel like that kind of dynamic.

Here’s what I suspect: before Leslie left, something happened between the two of them. Leslie might not even know the full extent of it, but whatever occurred, Fatima probably didn’t take it well.

This theory could even connect back to Season 3 of Sistas. Remember when Andy asked Fatima if she had ever had a threesome? Fatima admitted she’d tried it once, but only because she loved the guy she was with at the time. Could it be that Ian, Fatima’s ex, was involved in a threesome with her and Leslie? That might explain the tension.

In the locker room scene, there were subtle moments where Leslie appeared to be checking Fatima out, while Fatima seemed hesitant to even make eye contact. Leslie’s comment about Ian further hints at a deeper history between them.

What’s more, Leslie’s current appearance—with a hairstyle similar to one Fatima rocked in Zatima Season 2 and Sistas—raises eyebrows. Could Leslie have been following Fatima on social media and copying her look? It almost feels like Leslie’s reappearance isn’t a coincidence, but rather an intentional move to rekindle something or address unfinished business.

It’s clear there’s more to this story, and I suspect their past is tied to the awkwardness we see now. Let me know your thoughts in the comments—do you think Leslie and Fatima share a deeper history? Could Ian have played a role in it all? Let’s discuss!
