Scott, 36, has gone all guns blazing for his series two co-star Tina after her surprise arrival in the South African villa.
But in this awkward clip, Scott was quick to rule Tina out while chatting to his soap star brother Adam.
Scott had won a video call from the former Emmerdale star during the 2016 series of Love Island.
Scott was coupled up with Kady McDermott at the time and Adam tried to warn him off her.
He told his brother to “get with Tina”, to which Scott shouted: “I don’t fancy her!”
As Love Island fans will recall, Scott didn’t listen to Adam’s advice and stuck with Kady in the villa and on the outside world.
They split the following year and Scott has now done a U-turn on Tina almost a decade later.
During a date with Tina following her arrival in the Love Island All Stars’ villa on Friday night, Scott flirted: “You look amazing, man.
“This feels really comfortable already. I could sit and talk to you for hours.
“You’re going to be a problem. But a good problem!”
However, rewind nine years and Scott wasn’t quite so certain of a connection between himself and Tina.
In his video call with Adam, he asked: “Am I being a mug?”
Adam replied “Nahh, mate. Everyone’s so proud of you.”
Scott pushed: “You promise me? Don’t lie to me bro…”
Giving him some home truths, Adam said: “Listen, the only thing is though right, from the outside looking in, you need to man up.”
“Does it look like she’s playing games with me?” Scott asked.
Adam replied: “Yeah, mate. Tell her to jog on, mate. She’s treating you like a mug, bro.
“Get with Tina, yeah, and then the games would begin, bro.”
But Scott exclaimed: “Do you think? I don’t fancy her though! I only fancy Kady!”
Love Island All Stars kicked off earlier this week and at first Scott made a beeline for Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
When she snubbed him for Curtis Pritchard, he turned his attention to India Reynolds.
India did not look best pleased as Scott headed off for his date with Tina, however.
