Is a giggle fit a medical emergency? If so, it’s fortunate that first responders are ready to step in!
TVLine has an exclusive preview of the upcoming 9-1-1 cast appearance on the September 16 episode of Celebrity Family Feud (ABC, 8/7c), featuring some hilariously chaotic moments. Ryan Guzman, known for his role as Eddie, is particularly noted for his off-the-rails antics. Additionally, Oliver Stark will entertain viewers with his British accent as he humorously describes himself as an animal in bed.
Joining Guzman and Stark on Team 9-1-1 are Aisha Hinds (Hen), Tracie Thoms (Karen), and Bryan Safi (Josh). They’ll be competing against Team Jury Duty, which includes Edy Modica, Susan Berger, David Brown, Maria Russell, Cassandra Blair, and Donald Gladden.
9-1-1 returns to ABC for its eighth season on Thursday, September 26, at 8 pm. The season kicks off with a dramatic three-part premiere where 22 million bees are accidentally released in Los Angeles, leading to a chaotic event Buck dubs a “bee-nado.”
Season 8 promises a mix of new and ongoing storylines. According to showrunner Tim Minear, Eddie will sport a mustache, symbolizing deeper personal issues. Buck continues his relationship with Tommy while grappling with the challenges of taking orders from the new 118 captain, Gerrard. Bobby will find himself as a technical advisor on a “ridiculous firefighter show.” Meanwhile, Hen and Karen are determined to reinstate their foster care license, and Maddie and Chimney contemplate expanding their family. Athena’s life becomes more complicated with the return of a familiar face from her past.
With these intriguing developments, 9-1-1 Season 8 is set to deliver another thrilling and emotional ride.
